These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the AMURELIA website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale.
1. Products
We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our jewelry as accurately as possible.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
The symbolic and spiritual meanings associated with our jewelry are provided for inspirational purposes only and do not guarantee protection, luck, healing, or any specific result.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
AMURELIA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be charged at the price displayed when the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
After payment has been successfully completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or inaccurate customer information.
If AMURELIA cancels a paid order, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Payment
Payment is required when the order is placed.
Payments are securely processed through the payment providers available on our Shopify store. AMURELIA does not directly store complete payment-card information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, or periods of high demand.
Standard shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on orders of €69 or more.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
6. Returns
AMURELIA offers a 30-day return period beginning on the date the order is delivered.
Returned jewelry must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Customers must provide their order number or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AMURELIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without depriving customers of any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in their country or state of residence.
