Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout Ireland.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping fees are displayed and calculated at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of €69 or more.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for verifying that their shipping address and contact information are accurate before completing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

AMURELIA cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us using the contact information provided on our website and include your order number.

We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier to help resolve the

 issue as quickly as possible.
